Oral Surgery – Reconstruction/Plastic
The course highlights diagnostic methods and different surgical treatment options for common orofacial and ear, nose and throat (ENT) problems such as fractures of the mandible and maxilla, dental and palatal problems, chronic otitis externa, reconstructive procedures and much more. To improve your surgical skills lectures are alternated with practical application under qualified supervision.
Course goal:
This module prepares the general practitioner theoretically and practically to confidently deal with common orofacial and ENT diseases, both medically and surgically. Many of the procedures taught you will be able to perform in your own practice, but the course will also highlight which patients are best referred to a specialist.
